TERMS AND CONDITIONS CARIBBEAN SEASIDE CORPORATION N.V. ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS SERVICES

The online credit card payments service Terms & Conditions constitutes a contract between;

 

‘The Tour Operator’ (hereinafter referred to as the ‘TO’)

 

and

 

Caribbean Seaside Corporation N.V.,  a private limited liability company, incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands Antilles and having its offices at Neptunusweg 6, Willemstad, Curacao, Dutch Caribbean, and registered with the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce in Curacao under registration number 82212. VAT registration number:  110.164.076. (hereinafter referred to as ‘CSC’)

Please read them carefully. You may either accept or decline the Terms as indicated at the bottom of this page, in order to successfully make payment using the Services you must accept the Terms by clicking “I Accept”. All payments of CSC invoices using the online credit card payments services are subject to the following conditions.

CSC accepts the following cards:

  • Discover
  • MasterCard
  • Visa

You warrant that:

You are 18 years of age or over.

You have the appropriate authority to validly accept the Online Payment Terms and are able to and will meet your obligations in relation to these Terms.

The credit card used in connection with the online credit card payments services is issued in your name or you are authorized to use the credit card.

The information supplied by you is true and correct.

When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card in USD currency. All payments are credited to CSC., however due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be a delay of 1 to 3 (working)day(s) in processing your payment.

CSC does not store payment and or credit card details in any way.

Pre-payment, cancellation, refund and no-show;

By making a payment through the online credit card payments service to CSC, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation, refund and no-show policy of CSC, mentioned and agreed upon in the contract (and to any other additional terms and conditions and contracts that maybe in force at time of the payment) signed between the ‘TO’ and ‘CSC’.

Please note that a reservation which requires down payment or (wholly or partly) prepayment may be cancelled (without a prior notice of default or warning) insofar the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant payment date in accordance with the relevant payment policy of ‘CSC’ and/or the reservation.

Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary according to TO, hotel, room type and offers. Carefully review the contract signed between the ‘TO’ and ‘CSC’ for the relevant conditions and in case of a pre-payment, cancellation, refund or no show follow the instructions therein.

In order to duly complete and secure the payment, you need to use your correct email address. We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong or misspelled email address or inaccurate or wrong details such as, but not limited to ‘TO’ name, address, phone number, invoice number or credit card number.

Confirmation:

If successful, you will receive a confirmation notice of your completed payment.

If unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed. ‘CSC’ will not be advised if/why a payment has failed; therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.

If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described on your invoice or contract to pay your invoice. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly in order to avoid cancellations or penalties.

By using ‘CSC’ online credit card payment facilities you accept and consent to your personal data being provided to the Service Provider for sole purpose of offering and administering the online payment.

‘CSC’ Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments services are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.
